We located in Dongguan covers an area of 3000 squar meters,including the CNC aluminum mold engineering department, plastic boot department, acrylic production department, injection department, silk-screen printing department.
To ensure the precision and fastest production for sample and batch order, we are equipped with one set imported CNC , 10 sets thick film machines(L4000*W2000*H800), 2 sets high-speed blister machine, 8 sets plane CNC laser machine, one set dividing machine, one set bending machine and other sophisticated equipments. We can produce all kinds of customized domestic & imported plastic plate and acrylic products. The color can be gold, silver, red, green and other pantone colors. The technical contain coarse grain, grain in lines, fine lines with the function for UV resistant, flame retardant and fire prevention. The material is wide range for ABS,HIPS,PS,PP,PE,HDPE,ABS/PMMA,ABS/PVC,PETG,PET,PVC with thickness of 1-15mm.The acrylic are three grad for domestic acrylic, joint venture acrylic and imported acrylic with thickness of 2-100mm
